Winning the bid for Guinea's 2025 Africa Cup stadium project

Recently, CMEC has successfully won the bid for all three projects in the Kangkang Sai District, Guinea's second largest city, in the 2025 Africa Cup venue infrastructure project in Guinea. The project includes: a new 20,000-seat competition venue, four training grounds and two athletes Village, the contract value is about 188 million US dollars, and the construction period is 24 months.

The project plans to use building-integrated photovoltaics and be equipped with energy storage systems and rainwater collection systems to create energy-saving, environmentally friendly green venues and zero-carbon buildings. The project is an important venue for Guinea to host the 2025 African Cup of Nations, and has great social visibility and influence locally. The successful implementation of the 2021 Africa Cup of Africa stadium infrastructure project in Cameroon has enhanced CMEC’s reputation in the field of infrastructure construction in Africa and laid the foundation for the project to win the bid. Winning the bid for this project is also an important achievement of CMEC's policy of cultivating the African market and "stabilizing foreign countries".

Won the bid for the whole process of motor manufacturing consulting project

Recently, China National Machinery International Design Institute, affiliated to CMEC, successfully won the bid and signed the whole-process consulting project for the first phase of the permanent magnet power production base of Hunan CRRC Shangqu Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan CRRC").

The project is located in Yunlong Demonstration Zone, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, and is committed to building an advanced manufacturing base for highly efficient integrated and intelligent industrial motor drive systems. After the first phase of the project is completed and put into production, the large-scale manufacturing capacity of high-speed permanent magnet electric drive system, medium and low-speed permanent magnet drive system, submersible pump drive system and industrial electric drive system will be formed.

The construction of the permanent magnet power production base will further enhance the industrial development vitality of Hunan CRRC, enhance its technical strength in this field, and help promote the development of Zhuzhou's manufacturing industry to a higher level.
